Right of withdrawal for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the final goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the final partial shipment or the final piece, provided that you have ordered goods delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Waypoint-GPS Vertriebs GmbH, Veilchenweg 4, 83254 Breitbrunn am Chiemsee, phone no.: +49 8054 1409990, e-mail address: info@waypoint-gps.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online by using the appropriately labeled button ("Withdraw from contract" or similar) on our website (www.waypoint-gps.de). If you use this online function, we will transmit an acknowledgment of receipt to you immediately on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) containing information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier date.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel as well as the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel. The costs for goods that cannot be sent by parcel are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion and expiry reasons

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts

- for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for the supply of newspapers, journals, or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods if these were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
