Blue Sea BS 7622 and BS 7623 ML ACR Automatic Charging Relay 12 or 24V DC, 500A with manual control with magnetic latching (bi-stable relay) automatically combines batteries during charging and isolates batteries during discharge and engine starting, and additionally provides a manual override switch on the device.

KEY FEATURES

  • Manual override switch provides an added level of safety, allowing control with or without power, and providing a LOCK OFF function for servicing.
  • Includes Contura switch remote control of ML-Series Contura switches PN 2146
  • Automatically manages the charging of two large battery banks
  • Allows parallel connection of battery banks for emergency starting
  • 500 Amps continuous current rating to support high-output alternators
  • Magnetic Latch (ML)-ACR consumes very little power (<40mA to monitor terminal voltage) in "ON" or "OFF" operating states, and consumes low current for very short periods during state changes.
  • Dual sensing charge on both battery banks
  • Start Isolation (SI) - can be configured for momentary isolation of loads from the engine circuit to protect sensitive electronics.
  • Engine Isolation (EI) - can be configured for isolation of two engines while both are running to protect engine electronics and maximize alternator output
  • LED output for remote indication when batteries are combined, isolated, with voltage lock-out or during start or engine isolation.
  • 3/8"-16 tinned studs for maximum conductivity and corrosion resistance
  • 7/8" (22mm) stud length for multiple cable connections
  • Silver-alloy contacts provide high reliability for switching under load
  • Label recesses for circuit identification
