The essential protection against water in the hull
Whether it's rainwater, spray coming over the bow, a dripping stuffing box, or condensation from the refrigerator – water in the bilge is completely normal on boats. The important thing is that it is quickly and reliably pumped out. The Nuova Rade 12V submersible bilge pump with 32 l/min is exactly the right tool for this. It is completely waterproof (submersible) and draws water directly from the deepest point of the hull.
Clever design for clean operation Not only water collects in the bilge, but often also dirt, hair, or small impurities. To prevent the pump impeller from blocking, the Nuova Rade pump has an integrated filter base (strainer). The clever part: Thanks to a simple snap-on fastener, you can separate the actual motor unit from the strainer with one hand. This allows the strainer to be cleaned in seconds without having to dismantle hoses or use tools.
Durable marine quality The pump is specially designed for the harsh environment on the water. The drive shaft is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, while the housing is made of tough ABS plastic. The cable outlets are also waterproof sealed to prevent short circuits caused by penetrating moisture.
Flexible in use This pump is classically operated manually via a switch panel at the helm. 💡 Our tip for even more safety: Combine this bilge pump with a float switch. This way, the pump switches on fully automatically as soon as the water in the bilge reaches a critical level – even if you are not on board!
