The Smart Solution for Your Greywater On Board
On yachts and in many motorhomes, the shower drain is often lower than the waterline or the greywater tank itself. Simple gravity drainage is therefore not possible. This is exactly where the Nuova Rade Shower Sump System comes into play. It acts as an intermediate station that collects shower water and actively pumps it away.
Install, connect, forget. The system is designed for maximum convenience. Water from your shower or sink drains into the compact collection box. Once the water reaches a certain level, the integrated float switch automatically activates the built-in 12V submersible pump. The wastewater is quickly transferred to the main tank or overboard. As soon as the box is empty, the pump switches off again.
No more clogged pipes. Soap residue, dirt, and especially hair are the enemy of every pump. The Nuova Rade system features a fine-mesh, easily removable filter basket that reliably catches dirt particles before they can block the pump impeller. Thanks to the transparent lid, you can see at a glance when it's time to clean the strainer – without having to unscrew the box.
One system for the entire bathroom. The box has several inlet openings with different hose diameters. This means you can connect not only the shower but also the sink or the air conditioning condensate drain to the same shower sump.

⚠️ Installation Note: When installing, ensure that the shower sump is placed horizontally at the lowest point of the respective wastewater system (below the shower tray) so that water can flow optimally into the box by gravity.
