Maximum Compatibility – For Garmin, Raymarine, Simrad, B&G & Furuno
The Lumishore TIX402 is not limited to Garmin systems! It features standardized video outputs, specifically an HD-SDI output (BNC) and an analog Composite Video output (BNC / NTSC/PAL). This means that as long as your chartplotter or multifunction display (MFD) has a corresponding video input, you can easily use the camera across different brands. Compatible systems include video-enabled devices from:
- Garmin (e.g., GPSMAP series with video-in)
- Raymarine (e.g., Axiom series with suitable connection/adapter)
- Simrad (e.g., NSS evo3 / NSO series)
- B&G (e.g., Zeus series)
- Furuno (e.g., NavNet TZtouch models)
Innovative Design: Replaceable Without Hauling
A significant advantage of the Lumishore TIX402 is its well-thought-out flush-fit (thru-hull) design. The extremely flat housing is installed in the boat's hull, but the camera core can be removed from the inside of the hull thanks to the integrated internal module. If the camera needs maintenance or the lens needs to be replaced, the boat does not need to be hauled out!
Robust Construction for Extreme Conditions & Powerful Features
The housing is made of high-quality, saltwater-resistant aluminum bronze. A scratch-resistant borosilicate lens ensures consistently clear video quality. Additionally, the camera features "Low Light Mode" (for dim light), a wide 67° viewing angle, and "Wide Dynamic Range" (WDR) as well as dynamic noise reduction. This gives you the best view even in murky water.
