Security at every entrance – know who comes aboard
The companionway and large deck hatches are the most common entry points for thieves. With the Vanemar Entry Sensor, you can digitally secure these access points.
The first line of defense Even before an intruder inside the boat is detected by the motion sensor, the Entry Sensor will trigger an alarm. As soon as the door is forced open or the hatch is opened, you will receive an instant push notification. In combination with the siren (in the gateway or smoke detector), burglars are often deterred during the attempt.
"Did I actually close the hatch?" Every boat owner knows this thought on the way home. Instead of turning back, simply check your Vanemar App. The sensor shows you the real-time status (Open/Closed) of all secured doors and windows.
Not just for the cabin door This small sensor is extremely versatile. Use it to secure valuable accessories:
- Lockers: Secure outboard motors, bicycles or expensive diving equipment in the exterior storage compartments.
- Engine hatch: Get notified if someone opens the engine compartment.
- Electronics cabinet: Protect expensive navigation devices or liquor supplies.
Drill-free installation The sensor consists of a main unit and a small magnet. Both parts are equipped with strong adhesive tape and can be easily attached to almost any frame (wood, GRP, aluminum). Thanks to wireless ZigBee technology, no cables need to be laid.
